Adding anchor links to a other section in the page, over a gallery.

Hi,

I want to put an anchor link above my home page gallery section, in order to go further down the page, to the section just below. But it's impossible to add a block "above" of the gallery section (not as a caption). Anyone to help me? Thank you so much !

When you say you want to add a block above the gallery, how do you want that to look? To me above the gallery would add space above the gallery, like an announcement bar? Or can you just add the anchor link to the navigation?
