Our terms & conditions checkbox is popping up every time someone adds to the cart

The site is password protected so I wasn't able to take a look. However, if you want to show a terms and conditions checkbox, you would normally add this to a custom Checkout Form so that it appears on the checkout page.

If you've added a custom Product Form to products, this type of form will appear each time a customer adds one of these products to the cart.
