Switch from SHOPIFY to SQSpace - Has anyone done it sucessfully?

Hello all..

Anyone had success in importing products from Shopify to SqSpace?  Currently I am unable to do it. I am wondering it is because of the following reasons.  I followed ALL instructions. Created CSV etc...  Tried it many times. 

1. Trial Free 14 days

2. No domain assigned

Side note: As well, Shopify has horrible slow customer service.  Very little downtime though. Easy shopping cart.  Is SqSpace customer service any good?  Problems with downtime?  Any tips?

Don't do it. Don't. You will regret it. The customer service response time is abysmal. They claim to have "award winning customer service..." Sure maybe, when you actually get a reply, which is glacially slow. I've had them all. I'm moving all my domains away from this company. They have the most beautiful websites but think about whether or not you'd like to be waiting forever for an email replay and most of the time, it's a canned response multiple times until you get a person. I really wouldn't do it. Just FYI, if I were running a business where money was being processed, I'd pick a provider with a phone number and fast live chats and there are many.

Thank you Michelle8     I can't thank you enough.  Where are you switching to and what processor?  This is all a shell game.  LOL   Shopify has awful customer service btw  No phone calls ever. None  They do chats with reps  who know nothing, they ahve to repot]rt your questions to the higher ups and open a ticket.  Then, in 24-48 hours you will hear from the upper people. And their responses take a day to 2 days.  Unbelievable.  7 years with Shopify 

They (shopify) literally snatched every shop owners Paypal Express Checkout button and replaced it with paypal Wallet  Oct 6.  You cannot use paypal express ever again.  NOW the paypal orders go to Shopify and you will never see it on your paypal dashboard!  You have no control over where the payment went.  I am waiting, day 14 for PP Payout and they have excuse after excuse as to why my bank won't take the money.  YET my bank has taken PP $ for 7 years :}  Over $1,200 is due me and they cannot get it to me.

Any advice? who are you going to use?  Thanks :}
