Mandatory awful service?

Hey fellers

Is it a company policy to have the single worst customer support? I can't wrap my head around how badly designed this whole website is  and is without any direct customer support.

There's a chatbot, that thing is worthless, and keeps sending you to the library of book size FAQs.

Also the "help pages" are laughable : Here's a bunch of different possible fixes where I tell you to click buttons that don't exist. Click to be redirected to be redirected again and again to end up no where close to where you want to be.

It's like a dementia simulator, you want to know how you'll fair in 34 years? well have a go through SquareSpace and you'll feel like you're a 98 years old grandma with dementia. Which is wild when you stop to think that this is a web design service and their own web design is complete buttcheeks.
