DNS records not found after 48 hours

Hi there, I followed the instructions to connect my GoDaddy domain to my Squarespace website, and after 48 hours, none of the DNS records are found, they are all still red. I know it may take up to 72 hours (so another day), but I thought maybe they would be turning green gradually. I feel I have done something wrong. Should I disconnect and start again?
