Bulk Edits to Lessons in Course Content

I was excited that there seemed to be a bulk edit feature for Lessons in the course content menu but it doesn't seem to work. 

I can select a bunch of lessons and I get the option to delete or change their status but then nothing happens. 

Also, they hate being dragged between chapters. If I reresh the course content page they are not at all where I put them. 

Thoughts?
