RuthGordonPowys Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Site URL: https://www.storipowys.org.uk/whats-on Hi, We are migrating our events calendar to a new site and only need to migrate future events. Is there any easy way to generate a list of all pages in the events calendar and then exclude past events from it? I can get the list of URLs from the sitemap but I cannot see which ones are future and which ones are past events.

Ahoy @RuthGordonPowys! There's no ICS calendar feed for Squarespace events pages, which would have made something like this pretty easy, but there is an RSS feed (https://www.storipowys.org.uk/whats-on?format=rss) that shows events sorted by date published. It doesn't show date/time/etc metadata that an ICS feed would, but it would help you if you're just trying to aggregate the info and grab a list with urls of the most recently published events. You can make it more comprehensible by loading it into something like this: https://codebeautify.org/rssviewer/y240cbc90 If you're moving the events page to another Squarespace website, you could use the Squarewebsites extension (affiliate link) to duplicate the entire events page, events and all. It's not free, but it's the easiest way I know. Good luck! 🛠️ Builder of fine Squarespace templates 📺 Maker of no-BS Youtube tutorials 💬 Ask me anything!
