Adding an end date to time of purchase and adding a extra fee for orders that go beyond the deadline date

Can you add an order deadline on a site?
if so, can you add a % charge fee after an order expiration date.

this is geared to when parents dont get their apparel order on time and still want to purchase after the deadline.

The only way to do this automatically is to apply an Automatic Discount that gives a percentage discount before it expires. Orders placed whilst the discount is live will benefit from the lower price. Once the discount expires, the full price will be charged.

Manual methods include setting a sale price and then manually removing it later. You can do this in bulk using the export/import CSV method.

I don't see the discount section in the selling area. Do you know where i would find it?
