Client looking for streamline on Info

I'm not sure if this the appropriate forum to ask this question but seeking some help for a client. My client is a comedian and goes on tour. She has a "request a show in your city" form, where someone fills our their name, email and city that goes into a google spreadsheet - she then takes that information and imports into Mailchimp and creates tags based upon the city. She is hoping to streamline this process into something less labours. Is there a way to do this via Squarespace where each form submission can be organized by city?

@kaydotjpg You should be able to do this by linking a contact form to a Google Sheet - then in the Google sheet, filter the top row so you can sort / filter by city
