consciouscreator Posted October 21 Posted October 21 (edited) Hi there! Not crazy about the new changes. Clients are already calling asking where there certification codes are. I walked through myself and I see that they now need to log in, manage codes, copy it and then paste it at the checkout screen - what a pain. Do we know when and if clients will be able to: log in and their information auto populate? I have to still manually add my personal information even after logging in. gift certificate codes automatically populate with their email - like before. Thanks! Edited October 21 by consciouscreator
Josh_CLE Posted October 21 Posted October 21 I am having the exact same issue, and it's wrecking my business flow. Most of my customers are on a monthly subscription, and they never needed to know (or manually apply) their subscription codes. consciouscreator 1
Josh_CLE Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Today I had a customer ask for a refund and cancel their subscription, because they were too confused by the booking page not recognizing their entitled discount. I need Squarespace to fix this issue or at least acknowledge whether it will be fixed soon.
EvenstarNC Posted November 10 Posted November 10 I have been having this same issue, it's been very frustrating for me, my instructors, and my clients. If this isn't resolved soon I'll have to switch platforms which would be so annoying.
