How do I stop the "Meet Our Team" bio's from making the layout wonky?

It seems like the length of the bios is dictating how the images are aligning on the page. (See attached)

I want this to be uniform across the board no matter how long the bio is.

I want the images to line up, the names/headlines to align, and the tops of the bios to all align.

It is a bit hidden away, but you can choose the vertical alignment option under Edit.

Edit Content > Design > Size & Space > Position. Change the selection from "middle" to "top", the left most icon.

Let me know how it goes.
