How to do the URL mappings for URL which contains the query parameters like RSS feed having the same slug?

I am looking for a way to add the URL Mapping for the site URL contains query parameters having same slug. 

Example: 
https://abc.com/blogs?blog=blog1     to     https://xyz.abc.com/blogs?blog=blog1
https://abc.com/blogs?blog=blog2    to     https://xyz.abc.com/blogs?blog=blog2

Needs to do the redirection or add URL mappings

Do you have both domains connected to the same website? If so you don't need to map when the URL slug is the same.
