Page displays fine,...BUT is missing a whole section when editing it!

I have to remove this code at the top of the page (that requires members to login) to edit the page correctly.

On one page, one section displays fine, but the 2nd one does. Again. I have to remove the code above to edit the page properly. Weird.

Just did some more testing and I noticed if I login to the page and then try to edit, then the edit button does nothing!
