Domain is not pointing to cloud front distribution

I changed "WWW CNAME" record to point to a cloud front distribution.
For few hours changes I did persisted so I could see application that points to aws distribution.
But after few hours my domain started to point again to the old application.
What can be the problems in my case?

Is squarespace doing some weird forwardings? Or are there records that should be removed in order to point to an external application?
