jeffg Posted October 12 Posted October 12 (edited) I would like to do the following: 1) Send SMS after the appointment, I use this to encourage clients to leave google reviews 30 min after the appointment ends 2) Choose a follow up email based on hours or minutes after the appointment. jeffg Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Thanks @paul2009 I was not aware. I updated my post to better adhere to the guidelines. What I was hoping is that someone might have a workaround. I have started to build out some flows in Power Automate to address this. Just not sure I want to go that far down that path if I am missing some functionality that I was not aware of.
