Jackie_C Posted October 12 Posted October 12 Hi, My customers are cancelling appointments late leaving us with a gap in our schedule that someone else could have purchased. Can someone tell me how we block rescheduling 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment? Jackie_c

Hi @Jackie_C You can change your scheduling limits to set how close to an upcoming appointment clients can cancel. You can set a standard for everything, or have different requirements for each calendar. As you said, it's a good idea to set the window to give you enough time to fill the appointment slot if it becomes available. For example, between 36 to 48 hours in advance. When deciding on the window length, it's worth bearing in mind that changing the cancellation window can result in no-shows. You can often limit no-shows by requiring payment during booking, a deposit to hold an appointment slot, or a valid credit card number to be charged later if they don't show up. Did this help?
