Temporary Outage - You have an unsaved Form Block submission

Hi,

Yesterday, I received an email from Squarespace -  "You have an unsaved Form Block submission".

Responses to my website's form - linked to a Google Sheet - were emailed (as expected) but the data was NOT captured in my Google Sheet, which is why I received the "unsaved Form Block" email.

But the issue seems to have resolved itself.  Later that day, responses to the form WERE being captured in the Google Sheet.  I made no changes during the time.

Are there any guesses as to what happened to cause the unsaved Form Block submission? Is this a common issue that I need to watch closely? Is there anything I can do to reduce the chance of this issue happening in the future?
