Please Help! Sales tax not showing at checkout.

I have set up tax jar and everything looks like it should be good to go. Whenever I place an item in my cart and go through checkout the tax is 0.00. How can I get this to work? Sent a message to tax jar but no response. I need to open my store but can't until this issue is solved. I am in TN and it is an origin based state.
