This morning, I was informed via chat that the issue affects all ".fr" domains and that they would get back to me by email. However, I have not received any response yet. Additionally, it is now impossible to contact them again through live chat, as it's unavailable due to high demand for support on specific topics. There seems to be no sense of urgency in resolving this.
derricksrandomviews Posted October 10 Posted October 10 (edited) The fr domains and many others were registered by Key-Systems.net, a third-party domain seller to Google. Many of those domains were for the lack of a better word "lost in transit" during the merger. Squarespace and Key-Systems have been restoring them once they are informed one is having this trouble. I think it is a large number so the repair process can take time. Edited October 10 by derricksrandomviews
