Double Scroll Again

Looks like I'm getting a double scroll again on some pages. Homepage and some of the project pages. On mobile this is making the scroll lag a bit. Any suggestions? Thanks. 

Add these code on Custom CSS panel in Website > Utilities > Website Tools > Custom CSS.
