How to cancel Google Workspace Business account

I shutdown my business and I am unable to delete my google account until I cancel my Google Workspace subscrption which is managed by  Squarespace Domains LLC. I have reached out to customer service and they are taking forever to respond. Under my Domains page I don't have any domains listed . Anybody have this issue before I need to get this subscription cancelled immediately 

I have this same issue. Squarespace is actually terrible for this type of stuff. Never using them again - can't get through to a human being to solve this issue and it's clearly not fixable from our end.
