Google domain migration and billing issue

Hello,

Recently my domain renewal came up and my domain migrated from Google Domains; however, billing could not process despite having a valid credit card on file with Squarespace. Also, on my domains section of Squarespace it does not reflect I have one, despite Squarespace identifying they already manage it. How do I obtain the domain despite Squarespace not permitting me to transfer it as it already manages it, and how can I renew my domain subscription?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I am really just trying not to lose my domain in the next 15 days and from what I've read from others, their issue seems to be a low priority for Squarespace.

Hello,

Thanks for your response! I did use the link you suggested as well and it still populates as I have no domains. From the first picture I posted this is still what I see.

Hello,

I did see my domain is connected here and when I select the domain, I receive a message stating, "Access Denied". I am not quite sure how the domain populates as mine, but it's a domain I can't access.

UPDATE:

I managed to access my domain. I should clarify, I had my domain with Google and a website page established from squarespace. So I have two accounts and this will make sense in a minute.

When the domain migrated over from Google it did not connect with my current account with squarespace (website). So I had to log on to squarespace with the same Google credentials for my domain on Google. This allowed me access to manage my domain; however, I cannot migrate this domain account to my current squarespace (website) account, but I am able to add my current squarespace (website) as an authorized manager for my domain.

I hope this helps someone struggling with the Great Google Domain Migration. 💕
