Change blog publish date to UK format

Yes! Your site-wide date format is controlled by the language setting:

• Go to Settings > Site languages > under LANGUAGE/REGION (or use “/” to search for it)
• Select English (United Kingdom)
• Click “Save”

The other issue you might notice is that you can't change the date format to how you like it. e.g. DD/MM/YY or dd mm yyyy. There isn't a way to do that in Squarespace, but you can use @Beyondspace's free tool. You'll need business plan or above.
