Stripe Issue

I received an order through stripe. When I click on view order, I’m prompted to log in. When I use the email associated with the email under my stripe account on Squarespace, I was prompted to make a new account with stripe. When I talked to a chat agent, they stated I cannot view orders through the regular stripe business dashboard, I can only view it in Squarespace because they have an entirely separate dashboard. How can I view these transactions?
