Anyname Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Hi. Every time I list a product, it takes me 4 or 5 attempts before my product picture is saved. I contacted customer services (which are a joke) and they told me to send them evidence. Obviously, the video wouldn’t attach to the chat… obviously. is this something I’m doing wrong? Customer service said it could be my connection but it’s the same across two, very adept high-end internet services, so it simply cannot be that. It does the same on iPad or iMac… eventually, it works, but it’s taking me a whole day to upload a very small number of products. Beyondspace 1
Spark-Plugin Posted October 9 Posted October 9 Hi @Anyname. You can try logging out, clearing your browser’s cache, and then logging back into Squarespace. Sometimes, an unstable internet connection can also cause this type of issue. Anyname 1 - Answered by Iuno from sparkplugin.com
Anyname Posted October 10 Author Posted October 10 I have managed to work out that it's just a matter of waiting. Even though the picture uploads into its square, if I save too early, it deletes it. I just needed to wait for 2 minutes... for whatever reason. Spark-Plugin 1
