Not Able to verify Email

Hi,

I’m trying to verify my custom domain email address. I’ve successfully verified the domain, but I can’t connect the custom email—it shows a yellow dot instead of green. When I attempt to verify the email, the system sends a code to my Gsuite account, but despite trying multiple times, I’m not receiving any emails. I’ve checked my spam folder and other filters, but still no confirmation code. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
