dynamically set the Minimum hours for availability

Hi,

I need to be able to allow customers to book an appointment either 3 hours in the future, or in some circumstances a longer time period.

I'm using the embedded view of the calendar but can't seem to find any options on the docs. I can use a different appointment type with different calendar settings but this isn't as flexible as I really need.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
