Domain renewal - payment won't process

HI, I am trying to renew an expired Domain. and my payment will not process.

I have read all of the Squarespace articles on the website.

I have logged a support ticket (10845907) to which I received a 'Cut & Paste' response from their website....

I just want to renew my domain and move on. screen shots for reference.

I’m going through this too, any fixes?
