help to renew my domain that is in redemption period evendogh I payed

Hey, 

I just realized that my domain (www.ateliervicus.de) is not working anymore. On September 3rd Squarespace collected the subscription from my bank account and before I also received an email that they will do so and that they also will collect the money for my google workspace subscription which also happened successfully. 

Now I can't use my domain nor receive emails to my gmail account and if I look up my domain on WHOIS.com it gives me the information that my domain is in redemption phase. I contacted the Squarespace support already but no response so far. What can I do to get things working again? I don't understand why this is happening since payment etc. worked perfectly fine. 

also if I check on my domains list in my Squarespace account it says that no domain exists. Shouldn't it at least show me that my domain exist but that it is in redemption period!?

The domain ateliervicus.de is no longer registered anywhere. It is in limbo, and Squarespace customer service is the only party to fix this issue.
