How to add navigation in the header for a one page site

Hi - I have built a one page website (I'm not sure how to link to it here to show you as it's not live yet but this is the link I can see: https://accordion-synthesizer-tlf3.squarespace.com/config/. If a password is needed it's thinkaway.)

I can't for the life of me work out how to add links to the header menu/navigation. It looks like the navigation in the header section only links to pages, but my website isn't built using pages, it's one page, built with a few sections.

I've read this article on creating anchor links but it's not working for me: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/207135178-Creating-anchor-links#toc-step-1---add-a-code-block

I can't work out how to create the link in Step 2 as my site isn't yet live. Does it need to be live for anchor links to be created and for them to work?

I don't have any tab that says Advanced when I bring up the Edit box in a section (see screenshot).

Step 2, no need to enter site domain

you can use

/pageslug/#unique-id 

instead

Thank you @tuanphan for all your help. Can I show you the steps I have been taking to create the navigation links and maybe you could let me know if I'm doing this correctly?

First, I've added a code block at the top of each section to give the anchor a name, for example: 

 

Second, I have added links under Main Navigation in Pages:

Here's how the links I've added now look:

With the above steps, the links in the Navigation in the heading still aren't working, so I know I'm doing something wrong!
