cephalod42 Posted September 22 Posted September 22 I'm trying to make some bulk edits to 150+ products but I'm unable to do so, as Squarespace (maddeningly) does not offer this feature. The accepted workaround seems to be exporting, editing, and then re-importing products via csv, which would be fine – except the majority of the products I need to update are digital. I really, really don't want to manually open and click around update each listing individually, but it seems like that might be my only choice – unless someone here has any suggestions?? This is definitely a feature I took for granted with Shopify (among other things 🫠) Thank you!

creedon Posted September 22 Posted September 22 Quote Thank you! Unfortunately, I'm unable to view the post. My bad. @paul2009 had mentioned that if you use the CSV update method, you have to add the categories/sub-categories to the Store page before importing the CSV back in. Store Settings > Categories. Store Settings > Categories. Great, thank you! I'll keep that in mind for the physical products; it seems digital products can't be exported! That's okay though, I've been working on it manually and I'm nearly done 🙂
