Invoice Management for Digital Product Shop

Hi!

I just created my shop (sorry, for now it's only in Spanish and Catalan): https://www.anna-jimenez.com/es/shop
It’s exclusively for digital products (so the customer can download them).
What happens if a customer asks me for an invoice for their order? Isn’t it sent automatically from Squarespace? How can I send it to the customer?

I’ve seen information on how to generate invoices in Squarespace, but I get the impression that it doesn’t apply to my type of products. In other words, I’m not offering services, but rather a pre-made digital product.

Squarespace issues the order confirmation email by default but it doesn't include a feature that allows you to issue PDF invoices for products (digital or otherwise) that you've already sold. However, if you are using a Squarespace Extension to send your sales directly to a third party accounting platform, you may be able to configure that application to automatically create an invoice.
