How to add hover effect on image but for summary section

Hello.

I looked online and saw guides on how to add the hover effect over images on the website so that you can see a secondary image when you hover over it. But I couldn't find a way to implement the same thing on images shown in a summary block that you scroll through? I don't know if its possible but asking here to find out haha.

I have a food/recipe site but I draw my foods. I would like it so that when you hover over a drawing, you can see an actual photo of the food? My website is https://www.joshuacooksthendraws.com/
