L8PMarketing
Site URL: https://www.lrdstudio.ca/ Hi team! We're having issues with a client's specific image being shown on the search results in Google, which we can't control. We've confirmed that the "social link" image is not that one, and we've tried re-indexing the page without any luck. Our issue is that right now, it doesn't show the designer but an employee of the company. It's only triggered by a specific keyword (interior design whistler), and we want to change it. We've had a similar issue with another Squarespace client, and now wondering if it's an issue with the platform and how it handles the data. Let us know how we could try to control this search result. Thanks for your time and help! Mary (www.l8p.ca) Edited September 18 by L8PMarketing forgot a typo Link to comment
Collaborada
Hi @L8PMarketing. Google calls this a text result image: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/visual-elements-gallery#text-result-image It looks like you corrected the issue. The employee image may have had a relevant file name or alt text. L8PMarketing 1 Have SEO questions? Chances are we've written about it! Try a quick Google search to find our advice.
