Create button link update automation - Button redirects to the most recent blog post

I run an online blog and I have a button on my homepage that brings the user to the most recent blog that I've posted. Each time I post a new blog I need to update the link that the button redirects the user to. How can I make it so that the button always redirects the user to the most recent blog post? Without me needing to manually update the redirect link each time a new blog post is posted.

Here is the link to my Website - if you could provide some assistance that would be greatly appreciated! Here is a link to the list of blog posts, it isn't directly listed on my website. The red left of the homepage is the button that directs to my most recent post, I want the link in that button to automatically update to the most recent post when I add one. When I schedule posts I'm still currently forced to log in and update the link attached the homepage button.
