cannot recover my domain name

I had purchased the domain name http://roomgames.co through Google Domains. It was transferred to Squarespace. Due to updated credit card information, the automatic renewal couldn’t be processed, and our websites and email addresses are currently deactivated.

While trying to fix the issue with the closed sites, I accidentally clicked the transfer domain button. How can I recover the domain? Despite updating the credit card information, I was unable to make the payment again, and my sites are still down. I would appreciate your assistance.

Since we use 2FA we cannot use the systems that we used before.

Your domain is registered with Key-system.net. It was sold to Google and then sold to you. Many of these domains did not complete the merger with Squarespace. Your website is up, so is it possible you are now working correctly?

This is or was an account issue as opposed to DNS settings or similar problems. Squarespace customer support will need to address this, however, some here have also contacted Key-Systems support which seems to speed up the repair process.
