MochaBella Posted September 16 Share Posted September 16 I have multiple clients that are not able to pay their deposit and complete their appointments through Acuity scheduling. I have square set up as the payment processor. Some clients have no issues, and for many others it doesn’t work. They click the button and it doesn’t take them to the next screen. They have switched browsers as well. I have emailed both Acuity and Squarespace with no response. I have also called Square , and they redirected me back to Acuity. I can’t even imagine how much business I am missing out on because of this! Link to comment

MochaBella Posted October 2 Author Share Posted October 2 @karenkaren nope still had someone complain this week. It hasnt been happening as much, but it is still not fixed. The support team tried to make it seem as though my clients were not filling out all the questions correctly.
