Domain not foun in my account but it exist in squarespace

About a couple months ago, my website crashed and i couldn´t understand why. Looking up to it now i discovered this whole google domains to squarespace thing. Im not an expert or anything, thats why im asking for help. When i logged in squarespace and tried to configure my domain, it said that i dont have any domain. Trying to understand where my domain is, i got to transfer it, when i typed my domain www.plannercar.com and searched it says squarespace holds it. Can someone help me?

Were you able to resolve this? I'm having the same issue.

Don't use transfer. In the domain panel try the option, get a domain, use a domain I own.

When i choose the option get a domain, it opens a new tab asking me to search for a domain name.
I put my domain exactly as it was and it shows that my domain is unavailable.

Did you try the option "use a domain I own?"

The thing is this does not show in my screen.

I´ve searched a little more and it seems to be some configuration inside my website.

So the site i´ve been using was from another provider. 

I tried to create a new site and then i saw a configuration about domains and use a domain i own. But it didn´t worked out.
