Plannercar
About a couple months ago, my website crashed and i couldn´t understand why. Looking up to it now i discovered this whole google domains to squarespace thing. Im not an expert or anything, thats why im asking for help. When i logged in squarespace and tried to configure my domain, it said that i dont have any domain. Trying to understand where my domain is, i got to transfer it, when i typed my domain www.plannercar.com and searched it says squarespace holds it. Can someone help me? Link to comment

derricksrandomviews
Don't use transfer. In the domain panel try the option, get a domain, use a domain I own. Link to comment

I put my domain exactly as it was and it shows that my domain is unavailable. Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
Did you try the option "use a domain I own?" Link to comment
Plannercar
The thing is this does not show in my screen. I´ve searched a little more and it seems to be some configuration inside my website. https://forum.squarespace.com/topic/277135-problems-with-connecting-my-designed-website-with-my-registered-domain/ And this topic on Reddit : The bigger problem is that i´ve lost connection to my website: I´m so lost at this endeavor 😞 Link to comment
Plannercar
So the site i´ve been using was from another provider. I tried to create a new site and then i saw a configuration about domains and use a domain i own. But it didn´t worked out. Link to comment
