How do I keep an image and a text box the same size with different sized windows

Hello,

How can I keep an image next to a text box from scaling at different rates depending upon the window size?  I would like the image and the text box to maintain the same relative size regardless of the window size.

It isn't working the way I would like.   

If you make the window smaller, the image becomes much smaller in height than the text.  I want them to stay the same height.  Example in images.
