Require a client must log in to make appointments

Hi. Is there a way to create Acuity accounts for new clients? Most won't do it and when they self-book they enter something different creating multiple accounts. 

Also, is it possible to require account login for everyone who wants to schedule? That would help solve the first problem.

Currently, a client can make appointments without logging in. Is there any way a client must log in before making an appointment?
