Domain not visible in my dashboard

Hi all,

I have a domain name "charge-in.fr" which was initially a google domain, which one was migrated at squarespace end of June, the migration was done properly and I saw that domain in my squarespace dashboard in July, and I managed my DNS configurations multiple times. 

I just return from vacations and I wanted to update DNS configurations but I can't see my domain "charge-in.fr" in my dashboard, I cantacted the support, impossible to have anyone from chat, always busy ... I sent 2 emails, but I still don't have any answer, my business is blocked due that issue ...

I don't know if anyone from support team can see this message and can help me ?

Your domain is registered with Key-systems.net. They were a seller of domains to Google and Google resold it to you. Many of these domains did not make it through the merger with Squarespace. Many are back online now regardless of where the Website is hosted. Your site is up, so you are more fortunate than others. I have a couple of suggestions to try, if you did not receive an email from Squarespace with a login username and password, you can try logging into Squarespace with your original Google account name and password. If that doesn't work then the domain will have to be restored by Squarespace support. Contacting Key systems may speed up this process.

I'm having the same issue with roundtexas.com. It says its managed by squarespace when I try to transfer the domain, but it doesn't show up in my domains dashboard when I log in. The domain should have been transferred over from Google.
