Tighten Vertical Link Spacing and hover color

Need to tighten vertical link spacing on my page.

Also want to change the hover color.

Any suggestions?

You can use this to Website Tools > Custom CSS

h1.portfolio-hover-item-title {
    line-height: 40px !important;
}
h1.portfolio-hover-item-title:hover * {
    color: #f1f !important;
}
