Is there a way to create a dropdown within a dropdown in product variants?

 I need to create mix & match options for my apparel. For example, I want customers to first select their garment style. From there, I need them directed to the colors and sizes offered for each style of shirt. Different styles offer different colors and sizes so I basically need a dropdown within each apparel style.
