New site with squarespace not showing up

I built a new site with squarespace to replace my current site built with framer. My domain was originally with google.

I've made the new site public and I've connected the domain to it but it was the old site showing up until this morning. I tried changing the cname value in the DNS settings and I totally messed everything up. Now my site isn't working at all.

I've sent in a request for help over 48 hours ago and nothing... So far, not really impressed with the support from squarespace, not going to lie.

Any help anyone can provide, I would be extremely grateful.
