There is a difference between an INVOICE and a RECEIPT/PACKING SLIP. Currently, the order listing screen says "print receipt", but what prints out says "order invoice". It lists the purchased items with their prices, shipping cost, and a total -- it does not show PAID anywhere. When I send that printout in the box with my customer's order, it appears to them as though I am billing them and the order hasn't been paid (because it says "invoice" and shows an outstanding total at the bottom, not marked paid). Customers can only order by paying in full at the time the order is placed, so it makes no sense to send them an "invoice" for the order when they do not owe a balance. I haven't found any information in the help articles or forums to indicate there is any other way to print a packing slip versus an invoice. An update to this would be very helpful. Thanks.
