Domains no longer appear in my account, unable to receive emails for 9+ weeks.

Hey everyone,

Since late July, some domains that were in my Squarespace Domains account seemed to not appear anymore, specifically 2. This first came to my attention when I stopped receiving emails with an email associated to a Squarespace domain, that's when I noticed that both domains were no longer visible. I thought it may had been I misremembered them being on another account, though it couldn't have been as the login for my Squarespace was literally 'hey@domain.com' and both had shared access, so the domain appeared on each account. I thought I could've been hacked, though I checked all logins and everything seemed fine and safe, and there was no history of that happening.

I reached out to Support immediately, but I didn't get any response after four weeks. I assume that for the first two or three weeks they were emailing the account that I cannot receive emails from. From there, they asked to confirm received emails, the issue is I cannot receive emails to my account. Therefore, I cannot see them!

That is when I was forwarded to the account recovery department, where they told me to show proof of billing for these domains. The issue is, I've only paid for these domains through Google workspace prior as it hasn't been a full year. So I have no billing history with squarespace for these specific domains.

From what it sounds like, the team says this was the only option in order to get my domains back is through proof of billing. What is bewildering to me is that my name, my identity, and my information is quite literally on the WHOIS associated to the domain.

At this point, I'm really losing hope and getting these domains back. A lot of my personal life and work life is associated to emails that I'm missing out on and it's been these past a few months. If anyone has any ideas of what I can possibly do, I am all ears as I feel like there's nothing able to be done for something that I didn't do.
