I cannot find how to change this link and background color. I do not want a background to the link and I want the hyperlink text to be the same color at the remaining text color, but underlined.

Not sure why, but you can use this to Website Tools > Custom CSS

div.accordion-item__description a mark {
    background: unset !important;
    color: #b28e74 !important;
    text-decoration: underline;
}
