NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT

I have had an issue every year with Squarespace at time of automatic renewal. This year I was proactive and emailed a MONTH before the renewal. They found no issues, replies too about a week. Of course my site goes down again and since there has been ZERO responses from support. Each message gets an automated reply creating a ticket. More than 2 days with no working website when all payments are in order and the company can not even reply once with a real person.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EVEN SURE ANYONE REAL ACTUALLY DOES ANY WORK OTHER THAN COLLECT PAYMENTS
