Domain not connected problem

I am currently having a problem with my domain panel and my website is down. Everything was working fine before, but for the past few days I have been getting an 'Unavailable' error.

I have written to support and sent an email but I have not received any response yet. I would like to ask for your help to solve the problem. I am attaching the screenshots in the attachment.

You have the same problem as a few other users here. This response is all we can do for you also. 

Your domain is registered with https://www.key-systems.net 

Key-Systems sold domains to Google and they resold them. Unfortunately, many Key-Systems domains have gotten confused during the merge with Squarespace. Yours has lost all DNS settings as others have. Many have been repaired, but I am not sure by who. I think that if you let both parties know the process will speed up.
