Urgent: Domain Verification Issue – Website Down for a Week

I’m facing a critical issue where my client’s website has been down for a week due to a “Pending owner verification” error. The DNS settings are correct and mostly propagated globally, though a few regions are still lagging. This delay is causing significant disruption, as the site is essential for tenants to pay their rent.

I’ve reached out to Squarespace support via email multiple times but haven’t received a response. I urgently need assistance to understand if the partial propagation is causing this delay and to get the site back online as soon as possible. Any guidance or escalation options would be greatly appreciated.
